What do you do at eKompass?
– My role is to find companies that want to move up digitally or lack a clear path forward to get rid of the squeaks in the machinery. Many are stuck in systems that have been patched together or incrementally expanded over years with varying results. They know that a change is needed, but not where to start. They may be stuck in inefficient processes around business and purchasing systems and spend too much unnecessary time on management. Then I help them map out the needs and find a better working solution.
What do you bring to the role?
– Business is about people – not just systems and numbers. I have extensive experience in identifying business opportunities and finding solutions that make a tangible difference to help customers become faster, smarter and more profitable. I believe in listening, understanding and identifying opportunities. Technology in itself does not solve anything – it is about how it is used to create better business and become a catalyst for growth.
